The success of above multitasking strategy depends on how better HR professionals analyse the resource pool, requirement and perception of management related to employee benefits.  In India, many small and midsize companies take undue advantage of this strategy.     Great post… I have observed that in some companies the attitude and personality of HR is pathetic :) . According to me HR should be full of life, display confidence, good communication skill, good dressing sense etc…
